  • To observe a minute silence in memory of deceased members.
  • To adopt the minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
  • Chairman's Address.
  • President's Address.
  • Secretary's Address.
  • Cricket Secretary's Address.
  • Membership Secretary's Address.
  • To receive and adopt the Balance Sheet for the year.
  • Rule changes:
    • Changes to conform with Club Mark and Community Amateur Sports Club standards.
    • Ammendments to Rules 1,2 and 16.
    • New Rules covering Membership, Profits, Winding-up and Discrimination.

    • A copy of the original and new Rules will be posted in the club.
  • Vote of thanks to retiring Officers and Committee.
  • Election of Officers:
    • Chairman
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Cricket Secretary
    • Membership Secretary
  • Election of General Committee.
  • Appointment of Auditor.
