Priestley Shield 2008 Champions
"East Bierley completed a hat-trick of Sovereign Health Care Priestley
Shield wins with a seven-wicket triumph over Cleckheaton at Moorend. The match
produced two centuries, teenage opener Marcus Walmsley making 101 for
Cleckheaton and Steve Simpson hitting 106 for East Bierley.
Result: 212 all out (Marcus Walmsley 101, Russell Noble 41, Chris Brook 3-29)
